PRMT
Clarifying a global IT brand
PRMT is a New York–based IT services company with offices in Los Angeles and London, providing modern managed technology solutions for growing businesses. Their core expertise spans managed IT, advanced cybersecurity, compliance frameworks, financial workflow automation, and AI-driven process optimization. Despite delivering strategic technical support at scale, their brand presence did not reflect the clarity and confidence of their services. The existing identity lacked cohesion across channels, and the website did not communicate PRMT’s value effectively to target audiences. This project reimagined PRMT’s brand and digital ecosystem from the ground up, giving them a unified voice and visual identity across website, branding, social media, slide decks, and marketing graphics.

Starting Point
PRMT’s services are broad and technically sophisticated, including end-to-end managed IT support, proactive cybersecurity solutions, and custom AI + automation workflows.
Before this work, PRMT lacked a consistent voice and visual system that tied these capabilities together into a compelling, trustworthy story. The old brand did not clearly articulate how PRMT’s services alleviate the pain points of modern enterprises, such as IT chaos, security risk, compliance burden, and inefficient manual workflows. This diluted their competitive position and made it harder for prospective clients to understand the depth and strategic nature of what they offer.
Approach
I began by anchoring the brand around a core strategic narrative: technology shouldn’t be a burden, but a force multiplier. This narrative became the backbone of all content and design decisions.
Brand Identity and Voice
I reshaped PRMT’s identity to underline both their technical expertise and their client-centric approach, emphasizing clarity, trust, and approachability. Visual assets were developed to convey precision and modernity without feeling cold, using a structured design system, deliberate typography, and a color palette that reinforces their IT authority.
Website Redesign and UX
The website was restructured to communicate PRMT’s solutions logically and impactfully. I reorganized content so that visitors immediately see how key services solve real business problems, from reducing IT outages to achieving continuous compliance and scaling operations through automation. Detailed service pages guide users through capabilities.
Clear user pathways and prioritized messaging help executives and technical decision-makers alike grasp value quickly, increasing engagement and conversion potential.
Supporting Marketing Assets
I extended the new brand into social media templates, slide decks for sales and proposals, and other graphic materials tailored to PRMT’s outreach channels. Each asset was designed to echo the core brand narrative and visual style while supporting measurable business goals like lead generation, client education, and trust-building.

Impact
The redesigned brand and digital presence transformed how PRMT presents itself strategically and visually. The website now serves as a clear, structured platform for understanding complex technical services, while branded materials align PRMT’s voice across pitches, campaigns, and client communications.
PRMT now stands as a confident, credible, and approachable partner for businesses navigating IT, security, compliance, and automation challenges. The strategic overhaul strengthened PRMT’s positioning in competitive tech services markets and equipped their team with tools that support ongoing growth, clearer communication, and stronger audience connections.
